The iNAP oral interface is the patient-facing mouthpiece for the iNAP One Sleep Therapy System. It positions the lips and tongue (lip shield and tongue shield) and delivers the oral vacuum that pulls the tongue and soft palate forward to keep the upper airway open during sleep.

  • Materials: medical-grade, nonsterile polymer (clean before first use). 
  • Maintenance interval: replace every 3 months (or sooner if damaged) 
  • Cleaning: rinse and gently rub with warm water and mild soap after each use; a 15-minute soak in lukewarm water (≤40 °C) is recommended; dry thoroughly before reuse.  
  • Packaging note: single person use only; do not share.

How to use

  1. Wash the iNAP oral interface with warm water before first use. 
  2. Connect the iNAP oral interface to the iNAP extra tubing set via the iNAP oral interface connector. 
  3. Squeeze the lip shield slightly and insert it into the mouth so the lip shield sits between the front teeth and the lips. 
  4. Place the tongue on the tongue shield; keep the flexible tube with the vacuum port in the mouth. 
  5. Close your mouth, turn the console on, wait for the vacuum light to stop flashing (target vacuum achieved), then lie down and breathe through your nose. 
  6. Remove the iNAP oral interface to stop treatment and clean after each use.
